The vast wide open spaces of Alaska can be overwhelming for visitors to the state. However, many different companies provide coach tours so that visitors to the state can cover as much ground as they want with a minimum of logistical concerns. Coach travel is comfortable, convenient and allows an up-close appreciation of Alaska's natural beauty.
Alaska Coach Tours offers coach tours starting from three towns in Alaska'a Southeast region: Juneau, the state capital, Ketchikan, and Skagway. The Juneau tours include a Mendenhall Glacier/Jueneau City Tour, and the chance to visit a salmon hatchery. The Ketchikan tours include the chance to visit Totem Bight State Park and tour downtown Ketchikan, and the Skagway tours take you to the top of the White Pass Summit, paralleling the trip that prospectors took during the Gold Rush. All Alaska Coach Tours' trips take only a few hours, and include a guide telling you the details of the sites you visit.
