Celebrities Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone help to found the restaurants in 1991. The Times Square location is open seven days a week, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plant Hollywood also features a merchandise store and a 48-seat film viewing room. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with movie memorabilia.
