Many people dream of becoming a cast member at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Helping "make the magic" at the world's top vacation destination--and getting a paycheck for doing it--sounds like the ideal job situation for many. To work at Disney World, you need to know where to find information on available positions and how to apply. If you find something appropriate, submit your application and you could be on the way to a Disney World job.
Visit the Disney World corporate website (see Resources section) and choose the "Careers" section. This contains general information about working for Disney and a link to search currently available openings at Disney World in Orlando.
Click the drop-down boxes on the "Openings" page to narrow down your search by selecting "Walt Disney Parks & Resorts" and choosing "Orlando" as the city. You can also choose certain categories of openings that match your experience and expertise.
Click each job that appears to be a good fit. This will allow you to read further information about these jobs. If you are still interested, click the link at the bottom of the description to add it to your "Job Cart." The cart stores a list of jobs you want to apply for.
Click the "Cart" link to review the list of jobs you have created. Read through it carefully, and click "Remove" to eliminate any jobs that you have decided not to pursue.
Click the check boxes next to all of the remaining jobs, then click the "Reply" button. Fill out the information on the application form, and attach a copy of your resume or paste it into the appropriate text box. When you have filled out all of the required fields, click the "Submit" button.
