How to Cancel Southwest Air Travel

If the airline industry were a family, Southwest Airlines would be the black sheep. This airline refuses to fall into the traditional format of flying that most of the other airlines adhere to. While the struggling airlines are charging fees for bags, snacks and cancellations, Southwest maintains a no hidden fees policy. Southwest customers can check two bags for free and are offered complimentary snacks and beverages. There is no cancellation or change of ticket fee. In fact, canceling your flight is a fairly simple process.
