Fill out the information on the page. If you are requesting instant information, you only need to fill out one box and press "confirm" below that box. If you are requesting text notification, you need to fill out the entire page.
Find the correct flight in the results table by verifying your information against the information in the table, if you were searching for instant information. If you requested text notifications, you will be notified at the time you requested and constantly updated if your flight is more than 15 minutes off schedule.
