Go to the "Flight Status & Information" page on the Continental Airlines website.
Enter the flight number for the flight you're tracking inside the "Flight Number" box.
Click the departure date for the flight found underneath the "Flight Number" box.
Click "Continue." The information for the flight appears on the next Web page.
Go to the "Flight Status & Information" page on the Continental Airlines website.
Type in the names of the departure and arrival cities inside the "From" and "To" boxes located under the "Don't know the flight number?" heading.
Click the departure date for the flight, found under the "To" box.
Click "Continue." Click on the name of one of the airports used during the flight and click "Search." Move on to step 5 if flights, not airports, are listed.
Scroll down the page to find the flight information for every flight that occurred on the chosen day (the day in step 3). For this method to be useful, you must know the expected departure and arrival time for the flight as this information is listed next to every flight that appears on the Website.
