LAX has eight terminals and free shuttle buses connecting each terminal running 24 hours a day. The shuttles run every 12-15 minutes. There is parking available for up to 8,000 vehicles at the passenger terminals and another 7,300 spaces available in Lot C (96th Street and Sepulveda Boulevard) with a free connecting shuttle to the main terminal.
LAX has a unique service called Travelers Aid, which has 11 information booths throughout the airport (on the lower/arrivals level). Travelers Aid provides information about moving through LAX and will assist travelers with booking hotels and sightseeing tours. In the serious event of a stranded or distressed traveler, Travelers Aid offers professional social services.
