Chautauqua may be the largest American carrier you've never heard of, as it flies under the banner of other airlines. With almost 700 flights a day, Chautauqua Airlines operates primarily regional commuter flights, under such names as Delta Connection, United Express, American Connection and Continental Express. It is a subsidiary of Indianapolis-based Republic Airways.
