Follow these steps to book your flight.
Call SilkAir directly to speak to a booking agent by dialing 011 (+65) 62 23 88 88 or use the SilkAir Web site to make reservations (see Resources below).
Pay online (see Resources below) for your SilkAir tickets. Use a credit card to pay for your seats and receive a confirmation or booking number.
Check in for your SilkAir flight online (see Resources below). Between 48 and 2 hours before you're scheduled to leave, you can check in and change seats for your flight on the Web site. You can also do this at the airport immediately before your flight if you don't have Internet access.
Use the flight schedule information to book a flight. Determine your departure and destination locations as well as your date and time of departure and return.
Find a "Hot Deal" fare for discounted travel. Check the SilkAir Web site (see Resources below) frequently for limited fare discounts that are occasionally offered.
Book "Super Saver" seats. Purchase less expensive seats that offer discounts for children's fares but are not refundable and do not count toward frequent flyer mileage.
Select "Fully Flex" tickets. "Fully Flex" seats offer the same children's discount as "Super Saver" ones but do allow refunds and booking changes for a fee.
Enjoy the convenience of business -lass seats. Business class counts toward frequent flyer mileage and allows refunds, changes in booking and no-show situations for a fee.
Visit historically significant travel locations. Book travel to the temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia or the World Cultural Heritage sites in Danang, Vietnam and Chengdu, China.
Enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches. Stay at resorts in Phuket, Thailand or explore the secluded beaches of Lombok or Manado, Indonesia or the 99 islands of Langkawi, Malaysia for scuba diving and snorkeling or just relaxing by yourself.
