What age weight and height is a child allowed to ride in the front seat of car holland Ohio?

According to Ohio law, children under 8 years old are required to ride in the back seat of a car. After the child reaches 8 years old, they may ride in the front seat if they meet the following requirements:

* They must be at least 4'9" tall.

* They must weigh at least 80 lbs.

If the child does not meet these requirements, they must continue to ride in the back seat until they do.

In addition to these requirements, all children under 16 years old must be properly buckled up in a seat belt at all times when riding in a car.
