How to Register for Last Minute Carnival Cruises

Carnival Cruise Lines offer last-minute bookings for open rooms. The cruise line will often reduce the rate of the rooms to fill any open cabins. Most last-minute cruises will depart in a few days' time or two to three weeks from the current date so you will need to be able to "Pack and Go" as Carnival calls it. Once you have selected the ideal cruise, registering can be accomplished quickly.

  Visit the "Carnival Cruise -- Pack and Go" website (see Resources).

  View the list of Carnival's current "Last Minute" cruises.

  Click on the deal that interests you the most. You will be given the price, available dates, the location of departure and the ship's destinations. Depending on what rooms are still available, you might be able to choose between an interior room, an ocean view, balcony or suite.

  Select the date you prefer and click on the "Book Now" button.

  Click on the "Select" button below the room you prefer.

  From the drop-down bar, select the number of travelers that will be joining you.

  Select your rate. You will be given two choices: to select your room's exact location or at a reduced rate. The cruise line will assign you an open room that meets your criteria. If you choose to select your room, you will first select the area of the ship (forward, midship or aft), the deck level and your rooms' exact location.

  Enter the required information about you and your travel companions, then click "Continue."
