Princess Cruises does provide a telephone service through which any of its ships can be reached. Calls are directed to a call center which then reroutes them to the ship of your specification via satellite. The costs of ship-to-shore or shore-to-ship phone calls can be high but the convenience of being able to reach someone at sea in cases of emergency or otherwise can prove invaluable. With its satellite telephone and Internet capabilities the Sun Princess is reachable by several methods.

  Gather the required information to locate the person you seek on-board the Sun Princess. You will need the full name and cabin number of the person in question.

  Contact the Sun Princess by dialing 900-329-7447 from the United States. Request to speak with your party by ship, full name and cabin number. If you are calling the Sun Princess from a location outside the United States dial the International Dialing Code (specific to your location) plus 870-331-043-810. Rates vary depending on location and phone service provider.

  Wait for your call to be redirected to the appropriate cabin. If your party is not present in the room, they will be paged and you will be given the option to call back at a given time or wait until the party is located.

  Call the Princess Cruise Line general Customer Service and Reservation Information number at 800-PRINCESS (800-774-6237) if you are unable to get through to the ship number. Princess Cruise phone representatives may be able to assist you in reaching the ship.
