What are semi trucks called in England?

In England, semi-trucks are called "articulated lorries". The term "semi" is short for "semi-trailer truck", which is a type of truck that consists of a tractor unit and a semi-trailer. The tractor unit is the part of the truck that contains the engine and driver's cab, and the semi-trailer is the part that carries the load. Articulated lorries are a common type of truck in England and are used to transport a variety of goods, including food, building materials, and machinery.
