Can a Florida class permit driver go out of state with another cdl over the age 18?

A Florida Class Permit driver cannot drive out of state with another CDL driver over the age of 18. In order to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) out-of-state, a driver must have a valid CDL from their home state and must meet all of the requirements for that CDL, including age, experience, and training.
