Cardinal offers five fifth wheel floor plans: 3150RL, 3425RT, 3450RL, 3515RT, and the 3625RT. The 3425RT Cardinal fifth wheel, introduced in 2009, is 39 feet, 4 inches long and 12 feet, 8 inches tall. The main difference in the new model is the overhead cabinets above the kitchen's peninsula. Two models---3150RL and 3450RL--have easy chairs at the back of the living room, while other models have a cabinet in the same space. The 3150RL is the only model with the kitchen on the passenger side and the dinette on the driver's side. One older model, the T31RKSB, has the kitchen at the back of the trailer.
All models come with 77 gallon fresh water, 80 gallon grey water and 40 black water capacities. All hydraulic slideouts are flush with the floor and high-back recliners are swivel La-Z-Boys. All models have a high gloss gelcoat fiberglass exterior, a patio and entryway lights.
Cardinal offers a number of exterior options. Some are available on all models, while other options are only available on select models. Custom paint package, full-body paint, boat hitch and outside ice maker are common to all models. The number of optional side out awnings varies from two to four depending on the fifth wheel model.
Some interior options are only available on select models, while others are common to all models. Common furniture options include a booth dinette, extra dinette chair, Serta pillow top mattress, queen sized bed (king is standard), and leather instead of fabric on the recliners. Buyers can also opt for a convection oven, fireplace, central vacuum, and rain sensing bathroom and kitchen fans. One or two jackknife sofas are optional in one model. Most models can have a stackable washer and dryer installed.
