    • Fort Myers, in southwest Florida, in where you will find Shady Acres RV & Camping Park. There are 250 full hookup sites with 30/50 amp electrical connections and room for slide-outs. If you park your vehicle here during the spring, you can catch the Red Sox or Twins preparing for the upcoming baseball season--both hold their camps in Fort Myers.     • Horseshoe Cove RV Resort in Bradenton, in between Tampa and Sarasota, has 135 full hookup sites that provide 30/50 amp electricity. You get pull-through access at 40 of these sites and room for slide-outs. Bring your fishing equipment because the park has docks for both fishing and boating. You can also play horseshoes and shuffleboard. Facilities include bathrooms, showers and four laundry buildings. The Bishop Planetarium and De Soto National Memorial are both nearby attractions. Those who enjoy spending a few hours in a canoe or kayak should head to Rye Wilderness Park for a Class I water trail.
