What type of shelter did the Menominee Indian have?

The Menominee Indian typically had wigwams as their shelter. Wigwams are dome-shaped dwellings traditionally made by Algonquian and Iroquoian peoples of North America. Constructed primarily of birch bark or animal hides stretched over a wooden frame, wigwams have an opening at the top, which allows smoke from indoor fire places to escape.
