Drive your RV to Florida and enter Disney World. If you do not have an RV, take a tent. If you have neither, the Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort has cabins, RVs and tents that are available during your stay. Each loop of the campground (including the cabins) contains water, cable television and comfort stations, which include all bathroom facilities, private showers, laundry facilities, pay phones and ice machines. The campground also offers buses to the Disney parks. Pets are allowed on some of the campsite properties. There is even a kennel located on the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground property.

Check in at the Fort Wilderness gate, which is located on Vista Boulevard past the Magic Kingdom main entrance. Show the receptionist your booking tickets. The receptionist will give you a map that leads to your campsite; there are 799 total campsites at Fort Wilderness, 409 of which are cabins. In 2009, campground expansion started and was expected to be completed in late 2010.
