Can you smoke in Wisconsin hotels?
Wisconsin's Smoke-Free Air Law prohibits smoking in most enclosed public places and workplaces, including hotels. This includes all indoor areas of hotels, such as guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, and restaurants. There is a small exception for designated smoking rooms in hotels, but these rooms must be completely enclosed and have a separate ventilation system. Furthermore, smoking is prohibited within eight feet of any entrance, exit, or operable window of a public building or workplace, including hotels.
