Martin, Georgia, is a village in the town of Toccoa, in Stephens County. Martin's historic district includes Queen Anne and Revival style buildings from the late 19th century when the southern railroad system came through the town. More than 30 buildings in the district are included in the National Register of Historic Places. The Martin Fall Festival, held the last Saturday of October, features local entertainers, local crafts and homemade food. Visitors can also hike, canoe, boat, swim and fish in Tugaloo State Park, 10 miles from Martin.

Each of the seven rooms is decorated with family photos, antiques and memorabilia. Most of the rooms have a television and private bath. The larger rooms include a private porch. Guests join the innkeepers in the dining room for breakfast.
