A two-hour drive southwest of Boston, Lords Point, Connecticut, is a small, New England town overlooking Long Island Sound. Lords Point lacks accommodation options, but the historic harbor town of Mystic, a five-minute drive to the west, has a selection of lodging. Attractions near Lords Point include the Mystic Seaport, a 17-acre open-air museum with tall ships, a preserved seaman’s village and a variety of other maritime exhibits.
