Vaals is a small town in the Limburg province, in the southeast of the Netherlands. The town borders Belgium and Germany and its greatest attraction is the Drielandenpunt (Three Land Point), where the three countries meet. Vaals is the home of the Vaalserberg, the highest hill in the Netherlands, which is near another important site, the Labyrinth (Labyrint Drielandenpunt Vaals).
Built during the 15th century, Bilderberg Kasteel Vaalsbroek is a country estate close to Maastricht (the Netherlands), Aachen (Germany), and Liège (Belgium).
