• Jackson by the Beach Kosher and Shomer Shabbos Hotel is one mile away from the beach and is within walking distance of town. Each room has air conditioning, and refrigerators are available free of charge. No food services are offered, but kosher catering is available. Trolley and bus service is located outside of the hotel, and taxi service is available upon request.

Allegria Hotel and Spa

• Although the Allegria Hotel and Spa's website is not yet in operation, it is open for business as of September 2010. According to Erica from Allegria, the hotel is on the boardwalk, and all guests have access to the beach. In addition, it has a gym and two restaurants. One restaurant specializes in foods such as seafood and hamburgers, and the other is a lounge and bar. Allegria's spa facilities are not open yet, so guests are welcome to use Christopher Spa, and the hotel will arrange for transportation.

Ocean Club

• The Ocean Club Condominium was built in 1909 and has doorman/concierge service 24 hours a day. Residents can enjoy the gym, party room, covered parking, tiki bar, sun deck and dog run. When you are ready to leave the Long Beach area, the Long Island Rail Road is walking distance away.

• White Sands Condominiums has 45 units and was completed in February 2004. Each unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking spaces. All residents have a private entrance to the 2½-mile beach. It is within walking distance of shopping, a movie theater, restaurants and the Long Island Rail Road.
