Water Park Attractions in Miami, Florida

While Grapeland Water Park is the only standalone water park in Miami, Florida, the city features additional water park attractions that are part of a larger park or club. All Miami water parks feature accommodations such as lounge chairs and concession stands. One water park attraction is located on a freshwater lake beach that has been referred to as the "ideal inland swimming spot" in South Florida.

  1. Grapeland Water Park

    • Grapeland Water Park includes numerous pools, a 600-foot lazy river ride and park designs by Miami artist Romero Britto, including colorful pinwheels, bright orange slides and an octopus-draped umbrella waterfall. Some of the park's pools feature slides among other water park fun such as a huge bucket that fills with water and sounds a horn before it spills over. The park features play areas for children younger than age 5 and for those age 5 and older. It is handicapped-accessible and includes many lounge chairs for adults. Only children in waterproof diapers can splash in the water park because of health restrictions. Buccaneer River Ride, the park's lazy river, also features Pipe Canyon Falls, an area where "broken" pipes spray water at you.
