Staying in a hotel on the strip does not have to break the bank. Circus Circus calls itself the "Best Value on The Strip!" As of August 2010, weekday rates are $31.19 for two adults in the the Manor-Motor Lodge room. Rooms are located in five three-story buildings located at the rear of the Circus Circus property. For $34.93 per night, one can stay in either a Skyrise Tower or Main Tower room. The Skyrise Tower rooms are located in a 29-story tower to the north side of the Circus Circus casino. Main Tower rooms are located right above the main casino in a building that is 15 stories tall. Book on selected travel dates to save an additional 20 percent through May 2011, or stay three nights and enjoy a fourth night free, or purchase an all you can eat all day pass.

Stay off the strip to save even more. The Orleans brings the Big Easy to Vegas by celebrating Mardi Gras every day of the year. As of August 2010, you can stay at the Orleans Hotel and Casino for $26.99 per night Sunday through Thursday. Included in the price is $10 in food credit and $5 in gambling credit.
