Rental Cabins in Shenandoah Valley, VA

The Shenandoah Valley, an area of farmland, mountain views and Civil War battlefields in western Virginia, is a favorite getaway destination for travelers from Richmond and Washington, D.C. The homes of two presidents, Thomas Jefferson and James Monroe, are a short drive away. Smoking is prohibited in the cabins.

    • Alpine Hideaway offers three luxury cabins in Steele's Tavern. Each has a private hot tub, two-person whirlpool bathtub and fireplace. Kitchens are fully equipped with standard amenities plus full-sized refrigerators and dishwashers. Decks outfitted with barbecue grills offer views of the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains. The owners provide complimentary linen service for the length of the guests' stay and high-speed Internet. The Pond View cottage, with a deck and sitting area at the edge of a one-acre fishpond, provides a private, romantic getaway spot. For an additional fee, the hosts deliver a cold breakfast to the cabin in the morning. Cabins are not suitable for children, and pets and smoking are prohibited.
