The Holiday Valley resort features two hotels on-site, the 102-room Inn at Holiday Valley, which is located at the bottom of the Sunrise Lift, and the Tamarack Club. The slope-side Tamarack Club features a mixture of hotel rooms and condominiums for rent.
The city of Ellicottville features two motels, including an 84-room Wingate Inn within five miles of the resort. The city also features five small bed and breakfasts, as well as two small ski lodges; all accommodations are located within five miles of the slopes.
There are three property management companies that lease and rent condos, vacation homes, townhouses and other accommodations in and around the resort. Holiday Valley Rental Management, the largest management company in the area, features 250 rental properties.
RV parking is available in parking lot 219, across from the Snow Pine chair lift. Permits are required; guests may stay for a maximum of 10 nights.
