North Shore Lodging in Oahu

Oahu's north shore provides visitors with ample opportunities for fun in the sun year-round. Surfers love the huge winter waves that roll in between November and February, while the calmer seas of the summer months attract swimmers and bathers.
  1. Resort Lodging

    • The upscale Turtle Bay Resort offers visitors all the amenities that one would expect from an upscale resort. The resort's Luna Spa uses local indigenous products in its scrubs and wraps, golfers may choose between two Turtle Bay Golf resort courses, and private beach picnics are available for the romantically inclined.

    Camping

    • For those who prefer a more rustic experience, camping is available at the Malaekahana Campgrounds. Located in the private, 37-acre Malaekahana Park, visitors may choose from campsites for pitching tents or thatched hales (bamboo huts). Despite the pastoral setting, campers need not do without some modern amenities; Wi-Fi and a battery charging station are available.
