Big Chief RV Park and Cabins is 35 miles from Deer Creek, located in Ponca City. With 30 acres of land, it includes cable TV hookups on each site and wireless Internet as well an ATV riding area and electrical hookups. The cabins are fully furnished, and a complete maid service is provided as well. Created for contractors, there are cabins and four mobile home units.
The Dancing Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast, located 73 miles from Deer Creek in Stillwater, is a bed and breakfast with a Native American theme. It's close to Oklahoma State University. There is a swimming pool, spa, picnic deck and gas grill on the grounds as well as a nature trail into the surrounding wooded areas. Cabins include a microwave, TV/VCR, plush robes and grooming amenities as well as a movie library, down comforters, reading material and snacks. Corporate guests are offered wireless Internet, a phone, alarm clock, fax and copy service. A full hot breakfast is delivered to your room at the requested time every day and they have special rates and packages for honeymoons, anniversaries and business. Smoking is permitted on deck and porch areas only and a $25 deposit is charged for each night.
The Deer Creek Lodge, located 185 miles from Deer Creek in Davis, offers five lodges that are close to the Arbuckle Wilderness and only half a mile from Turner Falls. It is also close to the Rose Grocery, the Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center, the YMCA and the Chicksaw National Recreation Area. Each lodge has its own lake or creek and access to hiking, fishing, swimming, paddle boats, canoeing and games like volleyball and horseshoes. Picnic table areas are also nearby. There is a commercial kitchen provided. Four of the lodges have carpeted lofts and others include futons. One also has private rooms, three bathrooms, two fireplaces and a large deck that overlooks the water. Friday and Saturday bookings require a two-night stay. A deposit of $200 is required upfront, as of February 2011. Well-behaved pets are allowed, as is smoking.
Arbuckle Lake Cabins, located 185 miles from Deer Creek, has two new cabins available to rent. They each have two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a deck with a grill. They are close to the Guy Sandy boat ramp and renters receive a free two-hour kayak ride, bait for fishing and $25 off any pontoon rental. The Arbuckle Mountains offer many outdoor activities such as boating, fishing and hiking trails. The surrounding area has golfing, trail rides, gaming, museums and a nature center. You can only smoke outside and no pets are allowed. A two-night minimum stay is required, as is a $200 deposit; the total balance is due at check in. There is also a $10 fee per person who exceeds the minimum amount per cabin. There are also two massage therapists on the grounds available for Swedish or deep tissue as well as several other specialties.
