Rustic Sands Resort Campground in Mexico Beach offers three cabins to its guests. Cabin 7 offers a queen bed, two double beds and a kitchen. Cabin 9 provides a queen size bed, a double bed, and two twin sized beds, as well as a full sized kitchen. Cabin 13 comes equipped with a queen bed, a double bed and a kitchenette. The cabins are available for year round rentals, but must be rented for a month at a time between November and May. Smoking is prohibited in the cabins and linens are not provided, though friendly pets are welcome. Amenities at the campground include shuffleboard, a dog walk trail, fire pits, a fitness center and a fishing pond.

Located in nearby Cape San Blas, the Old Saltworks Cabins provide guests with accommodations on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay. The 11 cabins provide a range of accommodations from single bedrooms with a double bed, to multiple bedrooms, with queen and twin sized beds. All cabins come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave and stove, and either one or two private bathrooms. Amenities at the cabins include a mini-museum focusing on the site's role in the Civil War as the Confederate Civil War Salt Works, according to the Old Saltworks Cabin's website, as well as nature trails and a children's play fort.

Situated close to Mexico Beach, in Cape San Blas, Whispering Pines offers guests a choice of three cabins. All cabins accommodate up to four adults and have two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one bathroom, a screened porch and kitchen. The kitchens are all fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and silverware and include a fill size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Pets are invited to stay in the cabins for no extra cost. Other cabin amenities include central air conditioning, television, free wireless internet and an outdoor grill. Cabins are located off the beach but within a short walk from the water.
