Guests also have a launch ramp and boathouse at their disposal. A $50 deposit holds the cabin for either nightly or weekly rental; cabins have a two-night minimum stay on weekends. The lodge also has pontoon and fishing boats for rent.

The Keyes Cove Cabin rental at Lake Gaston provides all the comforts and conveniences of home in a fully appointed log cabin on just under an acre overlooking the cove. This privately owned cabin has three bedrooms, with two queen beds in one bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. An upstairs sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. Prepare meals in the full kitchen or on the deck's grill.
Guests have access to a private dock, the perfect place to tie up a small boat, fish or jump in for a swim. If lake swimming isn't something the family enjoys, guests can use the cabin's private above-ground pool with wrap-around deck.
