A sewage waste dump is available. The campground offers restrooms, showers and a laundry facility. Wireless Internet is available throughout the campground. The campground does not offer on-site recreational activities but is adjacent to Prospect Park, a Wheat Ridge attraction that includes 250 acres for hiking and cycling and Clear Creek for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. The RV park is six blocks from a truck stop for refueling and RV supplies and within a mile of more than five casual and fast food restaurants. Prospect RV Park operates all year. Pets are welcome.

    Barr Lake RV Park

    • Barr Lake RV Park is in Brighton, about 24 miles from Broomfield. The campground offers 108 recreational vehicle campsites, including 90 that have full electric, water and sewage hookups. Ten additional sites have water and electricity available, and the remaining eight have no connections and are strictly for primitive camping. The majority of the sites are pull-throughs and can accommodate vehicles up to 50 feet in length. Restrooms, showers, a sewage waste dump and laundry facilities are located on site. The park refills propane bottles. The campground has horseshoe pits and a playground for children. The property is adjacent to Barr Lake State Park, which offers hiking trails and Barr Lake for fishing. Fast food and casual sit-down restaurants are within five minutes of the campground along Prairie Center Parkway. Barr Lake RV Park remains open year-round. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

    Delux RV Park

    • Delux RV Park is in the Berkley neighborhood of north Denver, about 11 miles from Broomfield. The campground has 50 recreational vehicle campsites, some of which are pull-throughs. Full, electric, water and sewage connections are available throughout the campground. The park offers restrooms and showers. No recreational activities are available on site, but the campground is within three miles of fishing at Rocky Lake Park, Willis Case Golf Course and Lakeside Amusement Park. The nearest restaurants are across the street from the park entrance and include both fast food and casual, sit-down establishments. Delux RV Park remains open all year. Pets are welcome.
