Some sites are concrete, and all are outfitted with water, sewer, 20/30/50-amp electrical hook-ups and cable TV. Advanced RV has 84 back-in sites and 66 pull-through sites. South Main RV Park is 13 miles from South Texas and 2.5 miles from the Texas Medical Center. The park offers a free shuttle to medical center hospitals and the nearby shopping district. RV sites have 20/30/50-amp electricity and full hook-ups. Big rigs are welcome. South Main RV offers free wireless Internet, a picnic area and laundry facilities. Guests also receive complimentary long distance and local calls. The community is gated for safety and accessed by a security code. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Space Center RV Park is 15 miles from South Houston, in League City. The park is also roughly five miles from the Johnson Space Center. Guests receive free newspapers and free cable TV, and can swim, soak in the hot tub and work out in the park fitness center. Space Center RV has bathrooms and laundry facilities as well. Residents can buy RV supplies right at the park. All sites come with water, sewer and 20/30/50-amp electricity. In 2010, Space Center RV Park offered a family discount special where guests pay for two nights and get another night free. Members of Good Sam receive 10 percent off daily rates.
