The Parks is a small mobile home community which is family-friendly and located close to area schools, shopping and restaurants. There are 37 mobile home sites, all with sewer, water, electric service and cable. Lots come with concrete parking pads and a yard. Community restrictions mandate that all homes be kept in good condition with either vinyl, wood or metal siding; a shingled or metal roof; skirting made from vinyl, composite or wood; and porches and decks made from composite or wood materials.

La Casita Manufactured Home Community is an 18 minute drive, 12 miles southwest of Grapevine, in North Richland Hills, Texas. The community is 10 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth airport and is close to area schools, restaurants, shopping and attractions such as the Fort Worth-to-Dallas bicycle trail and NRH20 Water Park. The community features an onsite management team available 24 hours per day, lit streets, parking for two vehicles for each lot, laundry facilities, a fully-equipped clubhouse, a swimming pool and a small RV park for up to 10 RVs. Potential residents should contact the office to inquire about homes for sale. 2010 monthly rent for lots was $347 plus utilities. The community permits a maximum of two pets per home.
