Run by the city of Huntington Beach, Sunset Vista RV Park is extremely popular because of its scenic location along the Pacific Coast Highway and its proximity to the city's trendy downtown area. Because it is only open from Oct. 1 to May 31, it is highly recommended you make a reservation to guarantee a spot. The reservation process opens on Aug. 7.
Stretching three miles along Pacific Coast Highway from Seapoint Avenue to Warner Avenue, Bolsa Chica is popular among fishermen. It is also home for grunion--the small fish that spawn along the beaches of Southern California. A short bike ride also connects the park to Huntington State Beach to the south. Reservations aren't mandatory, but they're highly recommended.
Located just yards from Pacific Coast Highway and the sand and surf itself, Huntington by the Sea also boasts a myriad of activities within the park. Guests can enjoy the pool and spa, or they can play games or watch television in the recreation room.
