Tips Park is on the Frio River on land donated to the city of Three Rivers by a private citizen. There are 20 RV sites, some with pull-throughs. It is both family and pet friendly. Hook-ups for water and electric are provided. While recognized as a state park, the land is leased to the city and Tips Park is managed by the city of Three Rivers.
