The resort, open from April 1 to November 1, onsite amenities such as a coin-operated laundry and recreational activities such as biking and walking. The resort is less than a mile from beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, the Highland Lighthouse, and a golf course. Right outside the front gate is a stop for the public bus which can take guests to numerous stops on the Cape, such as Provincetown or downtown North Truro.

For Cape camping of a different sort head north to the Cape Ann Camp Site in Gloucester, about 30 minutes northeast of Boston. Park your RV on a full hook-up site complete with a picnic table and fireplace. The camp site offers Wi-Fi, a store for your camping needs and six bathrooms with showers. Pets are welcome, but they must be vaccinated.
The camp site is open mid-May through Mid-October. Explore the camp site either by foot, by bike, or leave the camp site behind and explore Cape Ann. Look for antiques in nearby Rockport, take a whale-watching trip or sunbathe on Gloucester's Wingaersheek Beach.

Head to the center of the state for camping under the stars at the Lamb City Campground in Phillipston, about an hour and a half west of Boston. Choose from full hook-up sites or sites with electric and water hook-up. Use the free Wi-Fi, visit the camp store, complete with RV parts,and freshen up your clothes at the laundry facility. Pets are welcome, however, some breeds are not.
The camp is open from early May to mid-October and offers many activities, such as night-time bingo or card games or start the day with a group breakfast. Guests can also use the playground, swim in one of the three pools or fish in the pond. Local attractions include picking fruit and visiting the petting zoo at the Red Apple Farm.

For RV camping in the heart of the Berkshires, head to Prospect Lake Park in South Egremont, less than three hours west of Boston. Choose full hook-up sites or sites with water and electric. Each site has fire rings and picnic tables. You may bring your pets, but they must have up-to-date vaccinations and there is a fee of $2 per night.
The park is open from early May to mid-October and offers a snack bar, camp store, laundry facility and bathhouses with free showers. Guests can swim in the lake, enjoy pot-luck dinner or dance at the Recreation Hall. Nearby attractions include the Norman Rockwell Museum and Hancock Shaker Village.
