This family-friendly park has a sandy swimming beach, a playground and picnic shelters. Groups can rent the screened and shuttered pavilion or two other pavilions for parties or other special events.
Morgan City campers can also enjoy catfish and bass fishing at Lake End Park. Shorelines with easy slopes and a long wooden pier into the water provide access to the lake for fishing along Lake Palourde. Fishermen can get their boats out into the many miles of interconnected lakes and rivers via a launch ramp and boat dock.
