Approximately 16 miles to the west of Redwood City is Pillar Point RV Park, featuring RV sites with full and partial views of the ocean. No reservations are taken and sites are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. All sites have full hookups. Additional sites with no hookups are offered when the park is full.
Guests can walk to the ocean bluffs for a view of sea life, including whales, pelicans and dolphins. Within close proximity to the park are the restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and cafes of Half Moon Bay.

Located 23 miles to the southeast of Redwood City is Trailer Tel RV Park in San Jose. With 170 sites, full hookups with 30 amp electrical services are offered. Each site includes a patio area and storage shed.
