Senior Mobile Homes Parks in Sequim, Washington

For senior citizens in search of a new place to live -- particularly one with little maintenance and strong community bonding -- mobile home parks can be the answer. They provide an excellent option for those living on a fixed income. Senior citizens living in the Sequim, Wash., area have seven mobile home parks to choose from, all of which are communities for residents who are 55 years old and older.

    • Juniper Mobile Estates was built in 1973. The mobile home community features 60 sites with wide-paved streets. There are a variety of different styles of homes including those with peaked roofs, multi-section homes and homes with lap siding. Juniper Mobile Estates permits all pets on leashes except pit bulls. Off-street parking is also available.

    Hendrickson Heritage Park

    • Hendrickson Heritage Park is a newer senior mobile home park. Built in 2007, the community offers 66 sites with wide-paved streets along with sidewalks and off-street parking. Homes featured include multi-section homes, homes with peaked roofs and a few home with lap siding. Pets are allowed, but must be approved by management.

    Parkwood Mobile Home Community

    • Parkwood Mobile Home Community originated in 1980. The community features 209 sites with wide-paved streets and off-street parking. Parkwood Mobile Home Community mainly offers multi-section homes, but has some homes with peaked roofs and homes with lap siding. The community also offers recreational facilities for seniors. Pets are permitted, but only two per home.

    Baywood Village Park

    • Baywood Village Park is a small senior mobile home park in Sequim. There are only 51 sites available. The community features a mixture of multi-section homes and homes with peaked roofs. Off-street parking is also available.

    West Alder Mobile Home Park & Mini Storage

    • This community offers 53 sites with paved streets. Homes featured in the community are multi-section, homes with peaked roofs and homes with lap siding. Off-street parking is available. Only one dog weighing less than 15 pounds is permitted.

    Lazy Acres Mobile Home Park

    • This community originated in 1983. The Lazy Acres Mobile Home Park features 74 sites with multi-section homes and homes with peaked roofs. Off-street parking is also featured.

    Spruce West Mobile Home Park

    • Built in 1979, this mobile home park has only 35 sites. The homes offered are multi-section homes and homes with peaked roofs. Off-street parking is available.
