Sunshine Park is a Shriners' campground in Eastport, New Foundland, Canada. The campground has 86 campsites with RV hookups and 60 sites without hookups. Each campsite has a parking area and a picnic table. The campground has a dump station for RVs to dispose of used water and sewage. Other campground amenities include a laundromat, shower and bathrooms, gift shop, public telephone, multipurpose room and game room, playgrounds, hiking trails, miniature golf course and shuffleboard. Attractions in the Eastport area include sandy beaches, Burnsite Archaeological Center, a fisherman's museum, hiking trails and boat tours. Sunshine Park, also known as Harold W. The Al Bahr Shriners Park of San Diego, Calif., has an RV club that is open to any member of Al Bahr who owns an RV. The group meets monthly at local San Diego RV parks, and twice a year at their Shriners Park. Like other Shriners RV clubs throughout North America, Al Bahr Shriners RV Club's primary goal is fundraising for Shriners donations. The RV club members also participate in parades and support various Shriners activities and events.
