RV Parks Near Parker, Arizona

Located along the banks of the Colorado River on the western border of Arizona, Parker is a popular tourist destination throughout the year. Parker Strip refers to the 16-mile stretch of the Colorado River south of Lake Havasu and is a popular destination for water sports and a variety of recreational activities. When traveling to Parker in an RV there are a number of campgrounds and RV parks from which to choose.
  1. Havasu Springs Resort

    • Havasu Springs Resort is located approximately 15 miles north of downtown Parker and a half-mile from Parker Dam. The resort offers a motel, RV park, a 9-hole executive golf course, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a lake for water sports and fishing. The RV park has 136 sites with full hookups and features restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, cable TV, a recreation hall, a beach, a swimming pool and a boat launch.

    Sandbar Resort

    • Sandbar Resort is located approximately 10 miles north of downtown Parker along the banks of the Colorado River. The resort offers 8.9 riverfront acres and features 95 sites. Forty campsites are set along the Colorado, and all RV and tent sites are equipped with full hookups of electricity, water, sewer and cable. There are bathhouses with showers, laundry facilities, a bar and café, and a boat ramp. Trailer rentals are also available.

    Buckskin Mountain State Park

    • Situated along the Parker Strip, Buckskin Mountain State Park is located approximately 12 miles north of Parker and encompasses 1,677 acres. With mountains lining the river on both the Arizona and California sides, this picturesque park offers a variety of activities throughout the year. The onsite campground offers 68 camping and RV sites, 21 cabana sites, restrooms with showers, a restaurant and convenience store, and a dump station. RV sites features 30-amp hookups with water, and select sites have a sewer connection. Visitors can enjoy a park, a beach, hiking trails, a boat ramp, fishing, wildlife viewing, a picnic area, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground and a visitors center.
