The Forest Vista RV Park is part of the larger Forest Vista Mobile Home Community. Founded in 1974, Forest Vista offers 35 slots dedicated to RVs, with monthly, weekly and daily rates. Full hookups are found at all RV sites, and guests can enjoy an on-site swimming pool, laundry, clubhouse and playground. Forest Vista sustained some damage from 2008's Hurricane Ike, and as of early 2010, repairs and upgrades were still ongoing within the park.

With an on-site fishing pier, sportsmen won't even need to leave the park to reel in their daily catch. RV sites are paved and large, many more than 100 feet long to accommodate the largest of rigs. Each site offers a view of either Galveston Bay or Harbor Inlet Canal, or a shaded, woods view. Hookups include 20/30/50-amp electric, water and sewer.
