Jay Lake Family Campground and RV Park is situated on more than 100 acres of land nestled along the shores of privately owned Jay Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. This is a family-friendly RV park. Fishermen will appreciate the rainbow trout with which Jay Lake is stocked. Motorized watercrafts are not allowed on the lake to maintain the peaceful ambiance that visitors come to enjoy. For more active individuals, the campground offers paddleboats, canoes, rowboats, a heated swimming pool, basketball, horseshoes, badminton, family bingo and billiards. Many areas of the RV park are wheelchair and cane accessible. The sites at Jay Lake are surrounded by trees to maximize privacy. The RV park is open from May to October, and rates for extended stays are available.

Buckslide Tent and Trailer Park is located in Haliburton County, just north of the town of Minden. The property features approximately 500 feet of frontage along the shores of Kushog Lake. Buckslide has a private beach and also offers dock slips for boats and other personal watercraft. The park features a laundry room as well as bathroom facilities with showers. Seasonal and nightly rates are available. Buckslide Tent and Trailer Park is open from the end of May through Thanksgiving weekend.

South Wind Motel and Campground is situated on 131 acres of land in the Haliburton Highlands. Combining a roadside motel and cottage rental facility with a well-equipped campground and RV park, the South Wind property features a selection of ponds, hiking trails, and ATV and snowmobile trails for outdoor enthusiasts. There are both full-service and unserviced RV sites. For those who would like to enjoy the RV experience but don't own an RV, South Wind offers a variety of RV rentals. Their largest rental is 40 feet in length and has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Other size RV rentals are available as well, including a 34-foot, 29-foot and 25-foot model.
