Cherry Creek State Park has three campsites and offers full-hookup and tent sites. The park is open year round and has showers, laundry facilities, a dump station, an amphitheatre, boat ramps, a marina, a shooting range, stables and wedding facilities. Guests will enjoy the model airplane field, group picnic area, swim beach, dog training area and trails. You can go biking, birding, boating, cross-country skiing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, ice skating, jet skiing, sledding, tubing, model airplane flying, or water skiing. Pets are allowed and rates are based on nightly fees, with a nonrefundable reservation fee per site.

Denver Meadows RV Park is a full-service park that is open year round and has 278 sites with full hookups and 20-, 30- and 50-amp electric service. There are 143 pull-through sites. The park's amenities include free wireless Internet service; a recreation room with billiards, table tennis and a big screen TV; a laundromat; restrooms and showers; and a barbecue area. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available based on two adults and two children under the age of seven. An extra fee is charged for each additional adult.

Prospect RV Park is less than 30 minutes west of Aurora. The 250-acre park is open year round and has 70 sites, 26 of which are pull-throughs. There are 47 full-hookup sites and 23 sites with water and 30-amp electrical service only. Amenities include wireless Internet service, laundry facilities, pay telephones, bathroom and shower facilities, a pet walk area and a dump station. Prospect RV Park is located beside a park where you can have a picnic, hike and bike on trails, and go fishing, canoeing or kayaking. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available based on two adults. A daily fee is charged for each extra child and adult.
