    • Dallas Metro KOA is located in the heart of Arlington. Their features include pull-through sites, 50-amp service, cable TV and wireless Internet at no additional charge, a spacious, clean bath house, a reading room with flat screen TV, a laundry, and a security entrance gate.     • On the southwest edge of Arlington is a combination mobile home and RV park, Arlington Forest Acres. The shaded, full pull-through, unpaved RV spots are near the entrance to a rustic village. Each site has a picnic table, grill, 30- or 50-amp service and access to wireless Internet. The park is bordered on two sides by single-family residences.

    • Less than seven miles from the Arlington city limits, Loyd Park is a scenic, wooded park with 221 camp sites on concrete pads. Each spacious 1,000 square foot site has water and 30-amp electric hookups, a picnic pavilion and table, grill and fire ring. Showers and restrooms are nearby. Nestled on 791 acres around Joe Pool Lake, the park is tree-covered providing welcome shade from the Texas sun. If you are looking for a natural setting close to Arlington attractions, Loyd Park is an economical choice. It is part of the Grand Prairie Parks and Recreation Department.
