Located in Manhattan, Tuttle Creek State Park is the home of Tuttle Creek Reservoir, which features 12,500 acres of water and about 100 miles of shoreline. Sites feature 30- and 50-amp hookups, electric and water hookups, wireless Internet and dump stations. The park has a swimming beach, boat ramps, showers, a laundry and a playground. The park also offers handicap facilities and allows pets on a leash.

Located in Junction City and near historic Fort Riley, Owl's Nest Campground sites feature 50-amp electrical hookups, water, sewer, dump stations and cable television. Propane is available. Campground facilities include a coin-operated laundry, showers and cable Internet access. Fort Riley is the home to three museums--the U. S. Cavalry Museum, the 1st Infantry Division Museum and Custer House.
