Can You Use a Puerto Rico Handicap Placard in the US Mainland?

No. A disability parking placard issued in Puerto Rico is valid only in Puerto Rico. It is not recognized in the 50 US states, DC, or other territories.

• No nationwide reciprocity agreement exists for territorial placards.
