Sequoia National Forest Hotels

Administered by the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Sequoia National Forest is one of 19 national forests in the state of California. Its name originates from the world's largest tree, the giant sequoia, which grows in more than 30 groves throughout the forest. In addition to the impressive sequoia groves, Sequoia National Forest is home to granite monoliths, glacier-torn canyons, and impressive whitewater. Elevation ranges from 1,000 feet to 12,000 feet in the high country. Sequoia National Forest offers several lodging accommodations. Nearby Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park to the north offer additional lodging options.
