The Grand Canyon Lodge is the only accommodation located inside the park on the North Rim. Located at Bright Angel Point, the lodge offers a variety of cabins and motel rooms.
There are three types of cabins here: The Western Cabins sleep four people in two queen beds, have porches and extra space for a rollaway bed or crib. Pioneer Cabins are great for families because they sleep six in two separate bedrooms: One room contains a queen-size bed, and the other has a bunk bed and pull-out futon. Frontier Cabins sleep three people maximum, in one double bed and one single bed. Some of these cabins are ADA accessible.
The park's third viewpoint, Point Sublime, requires a rough two-hour trek in a four-wheel-drive vehicle to reach, but it's worth the trip.

Jacob Lake Inn is not actually an inn in the traditional definition, but a collection of cabins and motel-style rooms. Since it opened in 1923, the inn has been owned by the same family.
Each cabin has a variety of setups, from two rooms with two double beds to a single king-bedded room, and every one has a deck for enjoying the natural surroundings. Note that the cabins do not have phones, TV or Internet access.

The cabins at Angel Canyon Guest Cottages and Cabins are set up as two-person studios, with one queen-size bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower stall. These cabins are located in Kanab, Utah, about 40 miles from the entrance to the North Rim.
The cabins are owned and operated by the adjacent Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which is home to about 2,000 dogs, cats and other animals that come from shelters and rescue groups around the country. Not surprisingly, the cabins are extremely pet-friendly: Each has a dog door with a small fenced area.
